1.  Order Cancellation

•  Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of confirmation from your account dashboard.

•  After 1 hour or if the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2.  Refund Details

•  Cancellations made within 1 hour will incur a small processing fee:

–  2.3% for most payment methods

–  3.45% for credit card payments

•  These charges cover non-refundable payment gateway fees.

•  Refunds are processed within 1–3 working days and may take up to 7 days to reflect.

3.  Discount Vouchers

•  Vouchers are single-use.

•  If you cancel an order, the voucher will not be reissued.
